Timeframe

Our refund and returns policy covers a period of 30 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we won’t be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility:

For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

Proof of Purchase:

To initiate a return, we will need your order number or a copy of your order confirmation email.

Return Process:

If the item is not manufactured by UniteCom Ltd, please do not send it back to the manufacturer.

In the event of the following situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products showing obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please get in touch via our Contact Us page or email us on orders@unitecom.co.uk. In the initial contact, please describe your issue with as much detail as possible so that we can act quickly to resolve the problem.

Refund Procedure:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification within 24 hours confirming the receipt. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

Delayed Refunds:

If you are expecting a refund but haven’t received it yet, please double-check your bank statement. If there is still no sign of your refund, kindly contact us through our Contact Us page.

Exchanges:

We offer free exchanges for items that are received by the buyer in a defective or damaged state. We may ask for photographic or video evidence to assess the nature of the fault or damage.

Return Shipping:

For returning items, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The only exception is when an incorrect item was sent and the error is solely on our part (UniteCom Ltd). Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

When sending back an item, we strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for service. Additionally, consider purchasing appropriate insurance to cover the content’s value during transit. UniteCom Ltd cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during transit.

The order should be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving approval for the return. If this is not possible for any reason, please get in touch informing us of the expected return date.
